Shipping & Returns
We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we may offer an exchange or store credit only.
Items must be clean, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items cannot be laundered.
Swatches: Linen swatches & rug swatches are final sale and cannot be returned.
Original invoice/packing slip and return request form must accompany returns. Please contact us at email@example.com and a return request form will be supplied to you.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Service immediately by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.
All SALE items are final and no returns are accepted.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Pom Pom at Home does not prepay duties, taxes, and any import fees for any international orders. Customers will be responsible for all import duties and taxes enforced by the country your order has been shipped to. These will be due at the time of or after delivery. Pom Pom at Home is not responsible for these charges and these charges will not be reimbursed or refunded by Pom Pom at Home. If you are unsure of the charges that apply, please contact your local customs office for more information.
