PLEASE NOTE: 9' x 12' rugs are considered oversized shipments. All 9' x 12' rugs will ship individually and folded inside a box. Please unfold the rug when you receive your shipment. Any creases in rugs should disappear in a week or two.
- We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 30 calendar days, we may offer an exchange or store credit only.
- Items must be clean, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items cannot be laundered.
- Original invoice/packing slip and return request form must accompany returns.
